Equipment features:

This machine is suitable for expanding straight or R ports of 16-630PVC, PE, PP plastic pipes. It can be used in conjunction with pipe production lines or as a standalone machine. Small pipes can have one outlet and two outlets, while large pipes can have one outlet and one outlet.
This machine mainly consists of two parts: a working head frame and a base. The working head frame consists of a heating box and an expansion die. The base is mainly used to support the pipe and automatically position it correctly at different workstations of the working head frame to complete the heating and expansion work of the pipe.
The equipment operation and expansion cycle actions (such as temperature control, heating time, forming, cooling, etc.) are all automatically completed by PLC.
This machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, advanced technology, easy operation, and high degree of automation.

Working procedure of the expansion machine:
1. Preheating of pipes
The pipe is preheated during the heating process on the working head. The heating temperature is set and controlled by a temperature control instrument. The pipe is heated inside and outside the heating box and rotated to ensure uniform heating of the expanded surface of the pipe.
2. Pipe expansion
Insert a specially designed expansion die into the preheated inner hole of the pipe to expand or receive the expansion at the expanded part of the pipe.

3. Cooling of pipe expansion area
The expansion area is cooled by blowing cold air, and the cooling time is adjusted.
